Our global IT client have a new opportunity for Operations Support – Partner Management. They are seeking an individual who has demonstrable experience in stakeholder management, orchestration and project management. You should also be comfortable working in a matrix organisation, self-motivated, proactive and confident working at all levels.

Key responsibilities;

  • Orchestrate and support sourcing and contracting of resources based on needs from approved partners in accordance with standard agreements in collaboration with partner procurement teams.
  • Support in onboarding and Readiness/accreditation of these resources prior to the delivery.
  • Monitor and manage productivity and profitability of these resources. (Utilisation reporting)
  • Monitor and manage performance of these resources and ensure they operate in a manner consistent with our client’s values and policies through the partner supplying these resources.
  • Ensure that these resources comply with the required delivery operational practices .
  • Develop and support standard processes, T&C’s and rates maintenance for engagement of partner subcontractors, in collaboration with partner procurement team.
  • Drive clear communication and guidance for Partners and External Contractors/Subcontractors through standardised templates and an up to date FAQ document.
  • Support with all operational Excellence tasks

  • Knowledge and understanding of the financial and operational functions of a delivery organisation (i.e., budget, time keeping, optimising cost, escalation processes, invoicing, capacity management)
  • Experience evaluating work breakdown structures , cost estimations and resource loading
  • An ability to develop strong, productive relationships with colleagues and management to meet targeted objectives.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to define metrics, reports, interpret results, and make recommendations on appropriate courses of action.
  • Excellent communication , collaboration, organisational, time management , presentation , and writing skills.
  • Strong capabilities to lead and thrive in start-up type organisations.
  • Effective conflict management and resolution skills without avoidance.
  • Drive for results through clear guidance and available processes and documentation.
  • A passion for developing process in Services Business.
  • An ability to deliver on operational excellence requirements for role.
  • Experience using Excel sheets to create reports and Purchase Orders
  • The role is a PAYE contract position to start ASAP for a maximum duration of 18 months .

    On a rate of up to £112.00 per day based on experience.

    You will receive a 5% bonus upon completion and benefits such as paid annual leave, paid sick, bank holidays, notice period and pension.

    Please note this is a hybrid role which will require some presence at our client`s Reading offices.
