SoftExpert is seeking a Sales Executive Senior or a Sales representative Senior who will be responsible for driving revenue growth within the Europe market and will be in charge of an industry vertical.
These sales executives will help expand brand recognition, value, and lead market-driven sales efforts. We are looking for candidates who proven success in developing software and / or services businesses that involve long sales cycles.
The main objective of this position is to grow the business by identifying, developing, and closing sales with clients and partners who deliver SoftExpert solutions, this building long-term and trustworthy relationships.
It is preferable that the candidates have strong relationship skills, definition of sales strategy and previous experience in the market for compliance solutions, processes, and organizational excellence such as GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance Management); BPM (Business, Process, Management); ECM (Enterprise Content Management); EQM (Enterprise Quality, Management); CPM (Corporate Performance Management); EQM (Enterprise Quality Management).
Responsibilities of the position:
Identify sales opportunities through direct prospecting, lead generation, networking and relationship with allies;
Manage the entire sales cycle through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation and closing;
Maintain the accurate sales forecast and the stages of the opportunities aligned to the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotes;
Solid competencies of: self-discipline, organisation, multitasking and problem solving;
Strong skills to build long-term and trusting relationships;
Assertive communication (oral and written) and presentation skills with audiences of any organizational level;
Teamwork with the Pre-Sales, Implementation and Support team of the solution;
Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of SoftExpert products and / or services;
Develop and maintain a clear understanding of the territory, market, offers and other business matters relevant to the position;
Be an active player in both the sales team and SoftExpert to help meet company goals;
Work under moderate supervision with frequent job reviews;
Know and respect corporate policies.
Requirements for the position:
Professional with + 05 years of successful experience in B2B sales with an emphasis on acquiring new clients;
Experience in selling software solutions for quality, compliance and business process improvement;
Documented success achieving and exceeding assigned quotes;
Experience in selling complex solutions;
Motivated and able to work independently;
Creativity for problem solving and rapid learning ability;
Excellent communication skills;
Knowledge of B2B marketing;
Knowledge of CRM use (Customer Relationship Management).

£36.000,00 (annual) + Equal Opportunities Commission + bonus.
Initially the work will be remote but is preferable a person who is able to work with our team in our office in the Liverpool City Centre when it is necessary.
Requirements for when working from home:
Appropriate table, chair and lighting;
Appropriate and reserved place (calls/meetings);
Internet connection (connectivity test to get the score);
Responsiveness to changes, adjustments or new requirements.
Monday – Friday;
9am – 5pm.
Temporary but it can be permanent after 1 year.
