: Accounts Payable Team Lead
Duration : 12 months
Location : Norwich
Hourly Rate : £13.74
Working Hours : Monday to Friday 35 hours per week
Adecco UK are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity to work with one of our Globally known companies in your local area.
Supporting the team for the processing of payments to approved suppliers and the reimbursements of Employee expense claims.
Key Accountabilities:
Work under your own initiative and manage your own time with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home
Support our clients suppliers in progressing a Project Book of Work
Investigate and articulate possible improvement projects and potential risks / issues.
Propose solutions to fix/resolve issues and improve end to end process
Develop and track appropriate remediation action plans to resolve and prevent risks/ issues reoccurring.
Support Accounts Payable change activity using Systems Thinking methodology
Provide support to our clients suppliers SME’s
Deputise for Team Manager
Facilitate and lead calls with suppliers Team and Stakeholders
Demonstrate effective governance and risk management
Essential Skills:
Strong planning and organisational skills
Experience working on MS Teams
