Main duties of the job

The post holder will following training be required to deliver patient care complementary to that offered by Doctors and other health care professionals within the field of Urology as part of a multi disciplinary team. The successful post holder will act as part of the urology nursing team and support point both in-patient and out-patient services to ensure patients receive appropriate management/treatment, aide their pathway and contribute to decreased length of stay.

The post holder will work collaboratively as a member of the urology team to ensure both elective / emergency patient receive holistic assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of their care needs.
