About the Role

You will work with our business units to support projects and initiatives that utilize insightful data and analytics. You will take ownership of data assets and processes including reference data and the data onboarding process for new acquisitions. You will build trusted relationships with stakeholders to ensure flawless delivery of improvements for efficiency. You will support the Director of Enterprise Data Governance by shaping emerging data initiatives.

Responsibilities

·Interacting with customers to understand their needs and generating requirements to deliver product enhancements, business value and user experience improvements

·Utilizing quantitative and qualitative data and analysis to gain product insights and shape solutions for business problems and innovation

·Taking ownership for initiating and enhancing data assets and processes, maximizing the benefits that data can bring

·Collaborating with cross-functional technical teams to create value through continuous discovery and Agile delivery

·Contributing to and widely socializing our Business Data Strategy and collaborating with business stakeholders to put this into practice

·Driving solutions for design challenges by managing key end-to-end life-cycle components from planning to release

·Analyze complex datasets to inform and shape business requirements

·Develop complex – data specifications, process flow, and conversion strategies.

·Create complex data and functional user documentation.

·Contribute to the development of new tools, processes, and solutions to meet desired product needs.

·Follow established business processes, protocols, and quality standards in the development and deployment of complex solutions.

Requirements

·Have a natural ability to engage, influence and build relationships with stakeholders and teams

·Have the ability to build relationships with customers to understand future needs and requirements

·Have solid experience in technology Product Management

·Demonstrate experience taking ownership for the full product life-cycle from conceptualization to execution to post-release management

·Have experience in using an analytical, data-driven approach to identify areas for improvement

·Have a thorough understanding of the Software Delivery Life-Cycle processes in an Agile environment

·Be able to document and write clear requirements for complex features or products

·Enjoy collaborating with teams to design a strategy to solve problems and implement solutions

·Experience with utilization of data manipulation and visualization tools, such as Excel, Tableau

·Demonstrate excellent written, verbal and presentation skills including communicating complex technical content to a range of audiences
