Salary: £18,000 (Depending on experience)

Shift structure: 8:45am-5pm (1 hour break)

Hours per week: 36.25 hours

Job summary
To be responsible for undertaking a wide range of filing and administrative duties including the provision of administrative support to the practice. Duties can include but not limited to, the processing of information (electronic and hard copy) in a timely manner, scanning documents, completing tasks from other employees and entering new clients onto the database.
Primary responsibilities

  • General office duties as required and directed by the Administration Manager.
  • Maintain and update computerised client records.
  • Scanning accounts, correspondence and post.
  • Provide administrative support for the partners.
  • Filing and retrieving paperwork.
  • To answer telephone queries. Taking messages and passing on information.
  • Initiating contact with and responding to requests from clients, other team members and associated agencies.
  • Attend staff meetings and training events in accordance with personal and practice development plans.
  • Comply with confidentiality and health and safety regulations..
  • Process requests for information i.e., H.M. Revenue & Customs forms
