What you will be doing

The purpose of this role is to lead of the global design and execution of Employer Branding strategy through partnership with local and global Talent Acquisition, Marketing and Employee Experience teams.

You’ll be working in close partnership with key stakeholders including Global TA Director, Regional Talent Acquisition Leadership Teams, Global Employee Experience Director, Global Marketing and Comms Director, and regional TA teams to design our approach, build collateral and tools, and manage implementation and measurement.

  • Helping to develop and execute dentsu’s employer branding strategy in the all regions, identifying and highlighting key differentiators that set the company, its culture, and practices apart from competitors.
  • Understanding and clearly relay dentsu’s values and mission both internally and externally to increase internal engagement and attract external talent.
  • Collaborating with appropriate stakeholders (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Strategy & Employee Experience, HR, Legal, Corporate Communications, etc.) to accomplish company and team priorities.
  • Partnering closely with various brand marketing teams to produce, coordinate and manage creative assets for the dentsu career site(s), various social media channels and other platforms.
  • Identifying new opportunities to elevate the brand in region through research studies, lead competitor reviews, understand industry best practices and nurture partnerships.
  • Helping to maintain social media editorial calendar by tracking upcoming and notable EMEA-specific programming releases and events

What you’ll bring

  • In depth understanding of TA Strategy, models and global implementation with a wider understanding of HR and business strategy, and sector specific knowledge
  • Good working knowledge of holistic talent planning including workforce planning, sourcing and TA outsourcing/offshoring
  • Excellent knowledge of TA technology, preferably Workday & Smart Recruiters, alongside an understanding around future advances and products with the TA tech world
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and balance multiple ongoing projects within agreed timelines

  • Exceptional collaborator with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations , comfortable operating with ambiguity, being able to focus on that which you have control over
  • Attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills
