Main duties of the job

Undertake clerical and word processing duties as directed by the team.
Assist with the sending out of information within the time scale
specified.
Correct and accurate use of patient information using the patient
administration systems including the Child Health System.
To maintain case notes in good condition.
To assist in the induction and training of new and relief staff,
demonstrating duties.
 Assist with the booking / rearranging of meetings as directed by the
team.
Deal with enquiries either on the telephone or face to face from health
professionals, colleagues and the public.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
