Predominantly homebased but travel 20% (domestic and/or international) to other sites within the network may be required to support increases in workload and, or studies/projects as needed

The Network Development Associate will be key in ensuring the continuity of service by facilitating excellent communication between team members at all times and supporting an effective working environment. Acting as the first point of contact for enquiries, the post holder will be confident and demonstrate excellent customer services skills.

The post holder will work in a flexible, supportive, and approachable way in response to constantly changing priorities and demands. They will provide a consistent and efficient administrative support service to the Site Network Development Department.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for administrative and secretarial activities.
  • Establish and maintain good communication between key stakeholders.
  • Carry out background research into sites.
  • Liaising with existing sites on a regular basis.
  • Gather data and ensure that data collected planning is of high quality, accurate and fully documented in Oncacare’s system, Devana.
  • To be successful you will need (Qualifications and Skills):

  • Healthcare or life sciences graduate with industry experience desirable, but not essential.
  • Effective time management and workload prioritisation with a problem solving approach.
  • To be commercial in approach to ensure the projects you work on meet the targets set within their timelines.
  • Be confident and comfortable interacting with all levels of management.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
  • Have a good eye for detail and an ability to interpret data.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English and local language.
