I am currently recruiting for a HR Advisor on behalf of our growing Newmarket based client. This is a great opportunity for someone with HR experience to join a fantastic team!
Salary: £ Competitive
Hours: 08:00am-17:00pm
Holiday: 20 days + Bank Holidays
Job Responsibilities:
Provide practical HR advice and support to managers and employees in line with the organisations policies
Manage disciplinary, performance cases and casework related to sickness absences
Encourage and support employees in training and development
Assisting managers on recruitment, preparing job descriptions and sitting in on interviews
To keep up to date with changes and developments in employment legislation
Prepare contractual documentation and notify payroll with regards to salary changes
What are we looking for?
Previous experience in a HR Advisory role
Ability to work well in a team environment
CIPD Qualified (or working towards)
Excellent written skills and IT skills
Able to maintain a professional stance and confidentiality at all times
