HR Advisor- Newmarket-£Competitive

I am currently recruiting for a HR Advisor on behalf of our growing Newmarket based client. This is a great opportunity for someone with HR experience to join a fantastic team!

Salary: £ Competitive

Hours: 08:00am-17:00pm

Holiday: 20 days + Bank Holidays

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide practical HR advice and support to managers and employees in line with the organisations policies

  • Manage disciplinary, performance cases and casework related to sickness absences

  • Encourage and support employees in training and development

  • Assisting managers on recruitment, preparing job descriptions and sitting in on interviews

  • To keep up to date with changes and developments in employment legislation

  • Prepare contractual documentation and notify payroll with regards to salary changes

    • What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in a HR Advisory role

  • Ability to work well in a team environment

  • CIPD Qualified (or working towards)

  • Excellent written skills and IT skills

  • Able to maintain a professional stance and confidentiality at all times
