: We have Gateline and customer service roles available in Newton Abotts

As the first or last point of contact on a customer’s journey, you’ll be assisting the customers in the station with queries and offering assistance as when required at Newton Abotts station. Helping the public to ensure they understand where to go during their journey, help them in and around the station and providing excellent customer care!

You will be involved in….

  • Manning the station gatelines
  • Supporting customers needing assistance
  • Ensuring the safety of the station environment
  • Providing a friendly and personable service
