Job Description
Ability to design, plan and lead research mandates, to build and deliver a high-quality talent pipeline, to fulfill all senior hiring plans across a range of business areas
Identification, qualification, and pipeline tracking of desired candidate’s skill sets and relevant teams within competitor organsiations
Evidence knowledge of and illustrate the skills to build and maintain an extensive range of networks and use of social media. This will include the ongoing review of current and future sourcing practices
Manage candidate and competitor data, ensuring intelligence is kept up to date and effectively used for sourcing and insight trends, observant of GDPR requirements;
Active responsibility for building, maintaining and the integrity of data
Cultivate talent pools to fulfil the diversity agenda, pro-actively undertaking research strategies to identify new routes to market for specific groups, using a range of networks, social media, and social communities
Track operational activity and drive delivery efficiencies, achieving agreed key metrics
Understand recruiting needs, with accountability to build and grow the talent pipeline to meet priorities through a number of sourcing avenues
Support internal mobility using blended long lists from both the internal and external candidate market
Have extensive experience of presenting and pitching to business stakeholders, coupled with the ability to influence decisions on routes to market
Have knowledge or ability to build, of major talent employers, create competitor intelligence reporting, maintaining a list of potential target organisations for particular job types, contributing to ad hoc initiatives as required such as compiling compensation trends and providing information on the build of practice and sector offerings
Manage risk and compliance to recruitment legislation, observe non solicitation of staff from clients and GRPR compliance of candidate data.
The Successful Applicant
An accomplished search and recruiting specialist, with notable experience of designing and implementing search strategies, identifying and delivering talent pools to meet senior specialist and executive hiring requirements
Proven ability in candidate research and the analysis of candidate data, alongside a demonstrable experience and record of building talent pools of qualified and passive, engaged candidates to meet mandates
Track record in the successful completion of complex research assignments, evidencing skills in primary and secondary research methodologies through the delivery of insightful candidate and role specification progress reports, long lists, short lists and mapping activities
Understanding of how to engage prospect candidates, converting through strong assessment of skills and relationship building for candidate qualification
Commercially astute, capable of translating vision and strategy into practical outcomes
Well versed in sourcing tools, recruiting technology, assessment, and selection techniques
Balanced appetite and strong awareness of key functional risks, demonstrating adherence and oversight of control and recruiting compliance
Seen as a trusted advisor by Stakeholders and team.
