Admin Support – Band 2 Fixed Term Contract for 6 months 

37.5 hours to cover from 08:30 am to 16:30pm

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our admin team for the Care Navigation Service on a fixed term contract .

The post holder will play an important role within the wider Admin Team to provide efficient and comprehensive administrative support to clinicians and managers . You will work within a skilled mixed Admin Team in the building to support admin and clinical services and duties will include, reception cover, data inputting, telephone queries, care records management, scanning and filing.

We are looking for a compassionate approach to supporting patient care and service improvements. You must be able to build effective working relationships, be approachable and accessible with a flexible approach to work. The essential requirements of this post are good telephone manner, high level communication skills and attention to detail. You will have good organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. We have a full electronic patient record system which is central to our work, so accurate record keeping is critical, and you must be able to concentrate in a busy working environment.

  • Good general education including English & Maths
  • Administration NVQ Level 2/3 in Customer Service or equivalent experience.

  • IT literate with Word, Excel and Microsoft outlook

    The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
