  • Taking service calls from business customers and dealing with queries.
  • Ensuring our customers’ expectations are met and customers are kept up to date with progress.
  • Ordering materials from our suppliers.
  • Booking in and allocating supplies to the service team.
  • Monthly invoicing.
  • Ensuring system data is tidy and regularly maintained.
  • Assisting with tasks to support colleagues.
  • General office duties.
  • Key skills and experience:

  • Customer service experience is essential
  • A confident, bright individual with excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
