We have an exciting opportunity for a PMO Manager at StepChange Debt Charity in Leeds. This will be a key role within the Technology Services department, leading the Portfolio Management Office to assure successful project outcomes, by using project, programme and portfolio management practices effectively.

Where you’ll work:

You’ll split your time between our Leeds office and home. Currently we ask all colleagues to work from the office for a minimum of 2 days a month.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Establishing and maintaining communications with colleagues across the Charity
  • Understanding Charity priorities and working with the Head of Change to deliver plans
  • Influencing the change agenda
  • Leading the PMO team to provide assurance on projects and programmes
  • Providing accurate and timely reports on projects and across the stakeholder community
  • Ensuring project/programme benefits are defined, agreed and measurable post implementation
  • Designing and implementing risk management processes
  • Training and developing the wider PMO team

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in change portfolio reporting
  • Project planning and management skills
  • Knowledge of benefit management, business change, resource planning, contract negotiation and Prince2
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Developed data interpretation and communications skills

Salary: circa £48,495
