Part of this role will be to provide support as part of a rota for the new RADAR service which provides same day/next day response to clients phoning in for help and support. This post will work closely with 3rd sector agencies including We Are With You and Ayrshire Council on Alcohol to provide this service. Taking referrals, providing same day assessments and signposting to appropriate agencies will be at the forefront of this service. You will be motivated and forward thinking to deliver specialist assessment for community or in-patient detoxification, opiate substitution therapy (O.S.T.) and recovery focused interventions to service users with complex addiction and mental health issues.
