Finishing Manager – Birmingham – 7 Months 

I am currently looking for a Finishing Manager to start on a new build apartment scheme in Birmingham. You will be working as part of a team and be responsible for overseeing sub-contractors and the overall finishing/snagging stages of the project. The project is close to the city centre and will have a duration of 7 months.

You will be reporting to a Senior Site Manager and looking after a specific area. 

Duties to include;

  • Preparing snagging lists using FieldView.
  • Arranging/organising Trades
  • Reporting on progress to the rest of the site team 
  • Attending meetings with relevant subcontractors 
  • Liaison with Customer Care Manager

    • Experience required; 

  • It is essential to have had previous experience in a similar role
  • Proven Carpentry background
  • Keen eye for detail
  • SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid 

    • References will be required for this role.
