Salary: Up to £65,000 + Bonus
I am currently looking for a Head of People for a cool bar group based in London!
You will be CIPD qualified, have a passion for people and a strong hospitality background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the People Team to achieve company goals & oversee all HR operations
- Develop, implement and manage talent acquisition and retention strategies
- Embed talent and succession planning through the People Team.
- Support the learning and development team.
- Manage restructures to maximise growth, productivity, and engagement.
- Manage any escalated complex Employee Relations cases.
- Manage any key People Projects
- Implement and update company policies and procedures
- Champion Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
