Talent and Development Manager (Mid-Senior Level) Job Vacancy in London, England, UK

ERM is hiring for a forward-thinking Talent and Development Manager to sit within the HR team for our Northern Europe Business Unit to focus on developing and accelerating the talent within the business.
In this role, the successful candidate will act as strategic advisor, providing counsel and solutions in the following areas:
Coach Partners to build leadership capabilities and embed learning in the workplace following attendance at learning events
Work closely with Partners and Team Leaders to appropriately assign formal training programmes
Work with Team Leaders to understand the benefits of these training programmes and evaluate how the new skills gained are being integrated and applied into their teams daily work.
Coach line managers to enhance people leadership skills amongst first and second line managers
Work with line managers of “high potential” (HiPo) Consultants to develop and implement impactful development plans that accelerates the development of ERMs HiPo’s
Collaborate with key stakeholders to craft meaningful development plans for promotion
Maintain regular contact with Partners and Team Leaders to ensure Consultants are on track for promotion in accordance with the development plans
Facilitate high impact performance through coaching and rigorous planning
Talent assessment, development and placement
Line manager coaching
Organisational Development
Coordinates with HR local teams on specific training and development requests
Delivery of trainings (virtual or live)
Requirements:
Broad HR experience (5-10 years) with a strong background in talent development, training and planning.
