As a Regional Trainer you will be responsible for the delivery and evaluation of engaging training and development activities to staff in all facets of the business in support of effective case management, best practice service delivery, and business development.

As a Regional Trainer you will need to:

  • Work with the Global Education Manager and a global training team to deliver high quality training and development activities and programs that adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in evaluating the effectiveness of training and development approaches and materials and in revising and redesigning where needed.
  • Monitor current state and conduct regular training audits identifying trends, knowledge gaps, areas for improvement, and ongoing risks, and provide feedback to the Global Education Manager and applicable Team Leader/s.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge on the application and operation of all assigned products, tools and services.
  • Participate in evaluating the effectiveness of training and development approaches and materials and in revising and redesigning where needed.
