This post offers an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Cardiac Rehabilitation Nurse to join our Cardiac Rehabilitation Team in the Fenland Community.

We are looking for a cardiac nurse who has experience in looking after patients who have experienced a cardiac event, including surgical procedures, to join our community service. The post holder will manage a caseload of patients and participate in virtual, face to face exercise classes and clinics, using evidence-based practice and patient centred goals to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions. Thus, leading to a more active healthy lifestyle, reducing the risk of cardiovascular further events

Main duties of the job

The ideal candidate will have a strong team work ethic; excellent communication skills; a committed professional approach to working with both patients and the team; a strong sense of accountability, accompanied by an ability to work under considerable pressure at times. This post is open to qualified nurses with the right attributes to enhance the team.
