Our client, a leading national brand, are currently looking to hire a Social Community Manager to join the team on a contract basis. This would be a hybrid role.

As the ideal candidate, you will be hands-on on the social platform but will also need to be strategic. The client are ideally looking for someone with experience in a social team for a big organisation (ideally retail), who has led campaign activity.

The project is ‘customer priority’. This is a drive to get deeper relationships with customers to develop loyalty. In this role you will also manage groups to create and share exclusive content and run the strategy.

Requirements:

  • Social community management experience, including developing community building strategy
  • Social & digital experience within retail. Experience in working on influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of latest developments within Social and Digital Marketing.
  • Experience with website analytics and strong knowledge of Excel.
  • Creative thinker, delivering inspiring and relevant content whilst managing large data
  • Demonstrable understanding of how digital marketing channels work and can influence customer engagement
