Linburn Road Health Centre
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Linburn Road Health Centre in Dunfermline for a Primary Care Nurse.
This post forms part of the Community Nursing Team and supports both community nursing and GP practice activities. You will work as an independent practitioner who will be committed to safe and effective, person centred care and will be required to undertake Chronic Disease management and Treatment room duties.
Experience in Treatment Room and Chronic Disease Management is essential. Non-Medical Prescribing is desirable and if not held, there will be an expectation that you will undertake this module. The hours will be worked from Monday to Friday, to meet the needs of the Practice.
