in a nutshell:

You will be a key individual contributor to the regional scheduling and booking team of a specialist recruitment company with offices in Stratford, East London. They are an award-winning specialist recruitment company, and their mission is to supply experienced crew members to make large-scale events happen.

Duties of a Scheduling Administrator:

  • Scheduling crew and staff
  • Ensuring the accreditation process for jobs/projects is complete
  • Ensuring all job/project information is communicated correctly
  • Coordinate/scheduling of transport and vehicle logistics
  • Identify efficiencies and issues with the scheduling system/processes and report them to the manager
