My client is currently looking for a Receptionist, to work within their busy and friendly front of house. For this role you will be the first point of contact that visitors will meet. You will be required to have excellent PC skills, be very personable, professional, adaptable, fast learner, as well a keen team player. This role will be office based for the duration, starting on an immediate basis and working full time hours Monday to Friday.

Duties include:

  • Answering and diverting all incoming calls
  • Meeting and greeting visitors ensuring all ID criteria is met
  • Assisting with general administration duties
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
