08.00-16.30 Mon-Thurs including a 30-minute lunch break

08.00 – 13.30 Friday without a lunch break

37.5 hours per week


  • 1st & 2nd Line Support.
  • PC/Laptop Hardware Procurement, Setup & Troubleshooting.
  • SAP user, printer & general troubleshooting support.
  • Windows Server support.
  • Supporting the existing Hyper-V & VMWare environment.
  • Office support, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, MFA.
  • Backup Technologies, we primarily use Synology NAS Drives on-site – maintaining and monitoring the backups
  • Network troubleshooting, basic networking knowledge, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS.
  • Some cable patching may be required, working with other members of the Business such as the maintenance department.
  • Support the Mitel MiVoice Business VOIP Phones & Softphone system in place.
  • Working with 3rd party supplies where necessary to get a problem resolved e.g procurement of labels for the Warehouse, Internet Service Providers (ISPs), ordering printer toner/ink.
  • Printer support and troubleshooting, normal multifunction printers as well as label printers.
  • Looking after the company mobiles & contracts.
  • Working with the Finance team when it comes to contract renewals for software.
  • VPN setup and troubleshooting, some users will be working from home and others on the road.
