The role in the Client Services team offers the opportunity to work on media strategy with some of the UK’s biggest advertisers, playing a key role in the development, management and analysis of campaigns while working closely with global media owners.

Role Purpose

To support the planning and handling of accounts. Manage & monitor the workload of the team, as well as help to develop their skill sets. To create the opportunity for strategy and specialists to contribute fully and is key to driving collaboration and building strong client relationships on a day-to-day basis.

Some of the day-to-day:

  • Support the team to deliver innovative and creative solutions toclient briefs

  • Manages clients’ communications plans including timelines and budget

  • Leads on smaller client accounts and effectively assist with and run client meetings.

  • Allocates team resource to ensure delivery of data, information, projectsagainst client deadlines

  • Act as a trusted adviser to clients to build relationships, manage internalinteractions and conversations with other markets as needed.
  • Coordinates invoicing and payments process in line with contractual termsagreed.

Performance Outputs:

  • Demonstrates strategic thinking and seeks resolution for problems

  • Uses good knowledge of products and services to drive business value forclients & the business

  • Resource and quality is managed/deployed across the team to ensuredelivery of excellent client services

  • Reviews, appraisals, feedback, development plans happen in a timelymanner for all team members

  • Identifies areas for income growth, improved profit margins & effectivelymanages invoices payable/debtors

  • convergence planning tools and methodologies are effectively applied inpractice
