Looking to recruit a Gas Breakdown and Service Engineer to join a leading property services company

responsibilities:

  • Carry out maintenance and servicing to boilers in occupied properties
  • You will be expected to carry out servicing including the issuing of LGSR’s, repairs and installations to the highest of standards
  • Attend Team Briefs, Toolbox Talks and Technical Bulletins on a monthly basis or asand when required
  • The post holder may be required to perform duties, appropriate to the post, otherthan those given in the job specification.
  • Liaise with tenants, clients and members of our supply chain

    • Mandatory Qualifications

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Current ACS accreditation in CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, CPA1, HTR1.

    • Desirable qualifications

  • Level 3 gas NVQ or equivalent City and Guilds
  • DAH1
  • Unvented Hot Water
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • Tetra
  • Additional experience with domestic plumbing would be advantageous.
