Job Description Corby based manufacturing company requires an Accounts Assistant with Sage 50 experience for an immediate start,

  • The work consists of processing invoices on Sage 50.
  • You will be reconciling supplier statements and resolving any queries.
  • VAT and EC Sales list returns
  • You will dealing weekly bank reconciliations
  • balancing petty cash
  • analysing via excel the monthly charge card payments.
  • To invoice customers for works completed using Sage 50 To use Sage Payroll and Sage Accounts to pay wages and suppliers etc
  • Periodic reports of sales and purchasing activities
  • General office duties such as answering phones, tracking holidays and filing etc. Knowledge of health and safety would be helpful but not required. Providing Risk and Method statements for works to be carried out.

    You need to have Sage 50 experience.
