A fantastic opportunity to join a growing leasing brokerage within a top independent vehicle leasing company in a role with an uncapped earning potential.

Based at our Head Office in Swansea we are looking for a sales driven individual to join our team to further aid our growth and success.

This is a full-time role to manage the sales process for incoming leads and enquiries for vehicle sourcing and finance including personal contract hire, business contract hire, finance lease and HP. You will manage the client journey from point of enquiry and convert them into orders through excellent service, sound advice and timely responses.

Experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided. Opportunity for hybrid working once established probation period is completed. Candidates will be required to reside within the locality / commutable distance to the business address.

Your role will involve:

  • Managing sales enquiries via website, social media and telephone
  • Providing accurate information on vehicles and finance products / options
  • Managing client expectations
  • Liaising with funding partners and suppliers
  • Building and updating records within the CRM system
  • Ensuring that client communication is compliant with FCA rules
  • Self-generation potential
  • Assisting Business Manager in other sales related tasks and duties
