Overview
An initiative which strives to empower women & under-represented minorities to speak openly about their achievements in the workplace and beyond. This initiative was created as a (20% project) in . In practice, is a 90 minute workshop which is free and open to everyone, regardless of gender, race, seniority, ethnic background.
To date, we have reached K+ workshop participants globally and have 4K+ facilitators who run the workshops. We have engaged with + companies in + countries. 1 in 2 workshop participants said that it helped them grow in their jobs and their careers .
Job Title: Program Manager
We are looking for a proactive, independent, self-starter Temp role (from July for 1 year) who will help us scale this initiative even further. We are looking for someone who is a team-player, organized, competent, caring and passionate about Diversity & Inclusion.
The ideal candidate will have a solid experience in strategy, operations and program management (ideally a consultant background). This initiative was founded 7 years ago and grew by 2X in the last year, now we have the need to put structure and processes in place so that we can handle the expected growth for & beyond.
As a Strategy, Operations and Program Manager in the team, you operationalize and project manage complex, multidisciplinary projects, to execute on existing vision, goals, and strategy. You define requirements and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes building relationships with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions, managing project schedules, identifying risks, and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. Your projects often span offices, time zones, and cultures, and it’s your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project’s progress and deadlines.
