The company we are recruiting for is one of the biggest and most well known compaies within this industry they pride themselves on Creative, comfortable and inspirational workplaces designed for their clients. They are looking for a site manager to take over to see the finishing touches to be completed on the project. there is the chance to go carry on with other projects they have available depending on if you get on with them and if they like the way you work.

The role:

  • 4 week project based in aylesbury
  • The role will be in a university, so previous cat A and Cat B experience as well as experience working in higher education or universities as a site manager.
  • You will be required to have previous experience on making sure the finishing touches are completed in time for the end date of the project.
  • The ideal candidate would be preferred but not essential to have previously worked on universities or commercial buildings.
  • You will be required to oversee the project and work alongside sub-contractors and making sure the project is completed to a high standard the project has been started but they need a site manager to watch over the final stages of the project with the chance to progress on to other projects.

    • What you will be required to have:

  • SMSTS certificate in date
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Previous experience in fit out roles
  • Previous experience as a site manager
  • Track record of completing projects of a similar size on time and under budget as a site manager
  • Highly organised and methodical in the way they work
