Job Description

A fast-moving and exciting Customer Service Administrator role has arisen to join a leading manufacturing company in the Droitwich area. The face of the Customer Service team, you will be responsible for handling any incoming enquiries, liaising with various teams including Production and Transport and will be able to assist with pricing, transport and dispatch queries.

Daily duties of the role include;

  • Speaking to customers handling any enquiries
  • Answering queries on pricing, transport and shipping dates
  • Attending Teams meetings with customers
  • Logging enquiries and sending technical enquiries to relevant engineers and production teams
  • Chasing updates and queries with internal teams to feedback to customers
  • Ideally with experience of;

  • Working in Customer Service / Sales Administration within Manufacturing or Engineering
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Outlook and various Microsoft packages
  • Organised and process-driven

Office-based, working Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:15pm with a 1:15pm finish on Fridays, paying a salary of £25-30k. Based in the Hampton Lovett area of Droitwich, free parking is available on site.
