Outbound Sales Advisor – On-site in Belfast
Full time: 37.5 hours + Permanent
Salary: £10.14 per hour + opportunity to earn incentive + free TV package!
Location: Olive Tree House 23-29 Fountain Street Belfast BT1 5EA
Operational Hours between: 8am – 8pm Monday to Sunday

About the Role
You will be part of a lively energetic outbound team. This team has several call streams ranging from premium upgrades and broadband upgrades to speaking with customers who are in the process of leaving our client for another provider due to service issues or cost.
You will be charged with increasing revenue and retaining these customers through great conversations, excellent customer service and by reviewing their packages to suit their financial circumstances.
Role Requirements:
· A great listener
· A natural flair for talking to people and understanding their needs
· You’ll be someone who is motivated and target driven as this is a sales & retention’s role
· Computer literate
· You’ll be someone who can problem solve and use your initiative
· You’ll need to be able to think on your feet and keep yourself motivated throughout the day
