Job Title
Registry and Academic Affairs Administrator

Brief description of duties
To provide administrative support for the key processes delivered by Registry and Academic Affairs. Duties to include:

  • Production of official documentation including confirmation of letters, confirmation of status letters, bank letters and transcripts, ensuring that due care and attention is attributed to confidential data and information.
  • Receive and respond to queries.
  • Maintain relevant databases.
  • Support preparations for event ceremonies including the production of printed material.
  • Process change of circumstances ensuring the records system is updated accordingly and notifying of outcomes.
  • Processing extenuating circumstance claims, maintaining relevant spreadsheets and updating the records system ensuring that due care and attention is attributed to confidential data and information.
  • Produce and manipulate data in order to undertake mail merges for documents and other key processes.
  • Skills and Experience Required

  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Good IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office and Teams
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Experience of working in an administrative role
  • Ability to prioritise and organise workload
  • Ability to work as part of a team
