Working hours- Mon-Fri -5PM
Rate of pay- £10.19ph

Job Title
Registry and Academic Affairs Administrator
Brief description of duties
To provide administrative support for the key processes delivered by Registry and Academic Affairs. Duties to include:
Production of official documentation including confirmation of letters, confirmation of status letters, bank letters and transcripts, ensuring that due care and attention is attributed to confidential data and information.
Receive and respond to queries.
Maintain relevant databases.
Support preparations for event ceremonies including the production of printed material.
Process change of circumstances ensuring the records system is updated accordingly and notifying of outcomes.
Processing extenuating circumstance claims, maintaining relevant spreadsheets and updating the records system ensuring that due care and attention is attributed to confidential data and information.
Produce and manipulate data in order to undertake mail merges for documents and other key processes.
Skills and Experience Required
Good written and verbal communication.
Good IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office and Teams
Ability to use own initiative
Experience of working in an administrative role
Ability to prioritise and organise workload
Ability to work as part of a team
