Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR generalist to join our HR & Learning team. We are happy to consider flexible working arrangements.
Please note that the successful candidate’s role title will be HR Advisor.
Working closely with the Group HR Manager, the Group HR Advisor will provide HR support on all aspects of operational HR to specific teams within the Risk Advisory Services Group. The Group HRA will establish and maintain influential relationships with relevant stakeholders within the Group, ensuring an excellent quality and coverage of HR support at all times. They will be the primary point of contact for issues within the designated team. The role holder will provide HR support for Group wide projects in agreement with Group HRM. In conjunction with the Group HR Manager, they will ensure delivery of a pro-active HR service to the designated practice Group.

Candidate Overview
If this is the right role for you, you will enjoy advising managers and senior stakeholders on HR policies and procedures and dealing with all levels of staff in a persuasive and credible manner. You will have significant HR generalist experience obtained within a professional services environment. Experience of dealing with salary review processes is a bonus.
