This lovely well established nursery, part of a small group, is set in beautiful gardens are looking for an experienced Room Leader to oversee and support a room and work alongside Nursery Management in delivering outstanding Early Years Care and Education. Requirements
Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 2 years’ previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 1 years’ experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire, energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
