We are partnered with a growing and successful organisation based in Snodland for a Administrator to join their sales support team. The role is based in a friendly close knit team environment where you will liaising with customers throughout your day to process their orders and supporting the sales team. We are looking for candidates that have experience dealing with customers and working in an office environment.


  • Responding to customer queries via mailbox and telephone
  • Tracking and chasing deliveries
  • Checking details on orders are correct
  • Processing orders on in-house system
  • Updating customer records on database
  • Offer administration support to Sales team
  • Sales experience would be an advantage
  • Attention to detail
  • Be able to work at a good pace and accurate
  • IT Literate is a MUST
  • Close to train Station
