The Role

Here at Carterton Vets, we are looking for a Head Veterinary Nurse to join our team. You will be responsible for general nursing, reception duties, and line management of 4 Registered Veterinary Nurses and to work closely with the Clinical Director and Practice Administrator to ensure the smooth running of the practice.

The position is a 5-day-a-week role on a shift pattern to cover the opening hours which are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 07:45am to 18:30pm and Tuesday and Thursday from 07:45am to 20:00pm. Saturday mornings from 08:15am to 13:00pm are shared. The rota currently is for that to be 1 in 8 weekends. There are no out of hours with this role.

The salary for this role is up to £35,000 depending on experience
