Robert Half are working exclusively with a highly regarded healthcare provider based in Frenchay (BS16) who are looking to appoint a Temporary to Permanent Part Time Payroll and HR Administrator.

The role is available to start ASAP – the sooner the better.

Hours: 26 Per week (Flexible days)

Duration: Temporary to Permanent

Salary: £10 – £11ph (£21,500 Pro-Rata)

Our client are looking for a HR/Payroll Administrator to join our friendly HR department providing an efficient and high level of customer service. You will deliver a range of HR administrative functions including updating HR systems and local database systems for employment information with updates throughout employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy of data input and reports on information, as needed.

You will be confident with payroll administration processes, providing weekly and monthly submission of hours to our central payroll function.

You will be a confident communicator and will provide support and guidance to Managers at site with use of the payroll system. You will assist with responding to employee’s queries in respect of payroll, referring any complex issues to the appropriate level / manager.

The successful candidate will need to be highly organised individual with sound interpersonal and excellent communication skills. You will be a first line of contact for the HR department so you must be professional and courteous at all times.

Part of the role will involve dealing with enquires and data inputting as well as undertaking tasks as directed by the leadership team.
