We are looking to recruit a Pre Construction manager for our client who is looking to expand the business they are looking for someone who is competent in what they do and is either in a similar role as a Pre-construction manager or someone looking for a new change and wanting the challenge to join a growing team, the company has good retention rates of staff is always a bonus for anyone looking to join. They deal within cat b office fit out projects. and also work on projects not only in and around London but also across Europe with offices located around Europe.

The Role:

  • you will be estimating cat b projects with a value of £400k – £3million
  • liaising with subcontractors and clients
  • expected to work on multiple projects based in and around London as well as the potential to move onto European projects
  • the Pre-construction manager will also be office based in central London while also visiting sites.
  • this will be a temp to perm position 3 months temp and then perm after this stage providing they are happy with you and you are also happy to work with them
  • working on pre construction schedules.
  • responsible for all pre construction activities, including preliminary budgets
