We have an exciting opportunity to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Social Worker for our Learning Disabilities Service in Newham. You will have completed your Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) and be able to manage a complex and varied case load.

The service provides support to adults with Learning Disabilities through transition and over the age of 18, working closely with our health partners and other agencies. The post holder reports to the Team Manager and Practice Manager.

We want an individual who will shine and lead by example. We are looking for someone who is creative, caring, compassionate and committed to delivering high quality services and ensuring safe practice and positive resident experience at all times.
