The Role Our Global Mobility Team supports the safe and seamless movement of Palantir employees around the world. We are responsible for supporting and scaling Palantirs global mobility program in close coordination with internal partners, external vendors, and Palantirs dedicated People Team.As a Global Mobility Coordinator, you will implement processes that support our immigration and relocation practices. You are a strong operator and committed to providing high-quality service. You are also capable of handling a full portfolio of casework with a keen eye for detail, a focus on accuracy, and excellent customer service skills. This position is based in London. You may occasionally be required to travel to Palantir’s other US offices and offices in EMEA.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support employees mobility experience when they are sent on an international assignment or relocate for business purposes. This includes processing international assignment and relocation initiations, drafting documentation, notifying business partners, and setting expectations with the assignee/transferee.
  • Manage the relationship with external vendors and own regular touchpoints to ensure that they continue to provide quality customer service.
  • Support the wider Global Mobility Team with day-to-day administration, employee inquiries, and implementation of mobility initiatives.
  • Maintain mobility data in Workday and other systems.
  • Work closely with teams such as Recruiting, Finance, and Legal to implement workflows and ensure operational efficiency.

  • 1-2 years of experience in global mobility or human resources preferred
