Eden Brown are seeking a highly efficient Income Officer on a temporary contract in Lancashire
The role is on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract
The option of working remotely is available for this role however there will be an expectation to work in the office and be on patch
As an Income Officer your role will involve:
– Providing a frontline service to tenants across Rental Income
– Providing advice and chasing arrears
– Offering advice around Welfare Benefits and Universal Credit
