We’re looking for four full-time Finance Administrators to work within our Working Capital function, from either our Newcastle, Leeds or Southampton offices.

The Role

New opportunities have arisen to join this team; it is a permanent role to start as soon as possible. Reporting to the Head of Credit Control, this role will provide general financial support for the business and, more specifically, across the billing and credit control functions. You can expect to be involved in the production and analysis of financial reports, assisting with production of bills and the maintenance of ebilling systems, assisting with cash collections, liaising with the Treasury team with regard to the allocation/application of funds, dealing with queries and working on specific working capital based projects.

So what about you?

Some previous experience of working within a finance department is essential, so that you have an understanding of basic finance processing. Some knowledge of invoicing and/or credit control would be desirable but is not essential.  Strong IT skills are a must, along with a meticulous and detailed approach. You will need to be supportive to colleague and demonstrate a flexible and helpful attitude. In addition, you’ll be professional and pragmatic with a naturally inquisitive nature. We’re looking for a problem-solver who uses common sense to reach a satisfactory conclusion.
