My client is seeking an experienced HR Analyst to support Absence Management

Fully remote, 9 month contract

The HR Analyst will to support the Absence Management and ultimately in the implementation of Workday Absence. The HR Analyst serves as a subject matter expert on assigned areas to support our HR processes in alignment with Absence functionality and best practices.

  • Apply subject matter expertise to support of Absence Management, utilizing knowledge of functionality and best practices
  • Support the Workday Absence implementation through the various lifecycle stages
  • Act as client consultant for Workday Absence, demonstrating deep knowledge and experience in this area of expertise
  • Work on absence tracking capabilities, both manual and systematic
  • Participate in and contribute to Workday project workstream meetings as assigned
  • Conduct knowledge transfer to other HR team members as appropriate
  • Apply subject matter expertise to assist HR team on Workday post go-live support structure and process decisions
  • Qualifications

  • Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with and prioritize workload with attention to detail
  • Flexible attitude and ability to adjust to changing priorities, time zones, work assignments, and unforeseen events
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability to help identify trends and resolve issues
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills in English
  • Client focused approach to work
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal direct supervision
  • Exhibits a sense of urgency about solving problems and completing work
  • Culturally aware with ability to work with virtual/global teams and travel as needed
