We are seeking a competent HR Administrative Assistant to work within a small team in a busy, large department. You will be able to work to deadlines, re-prioritising constantly, and with minimum supervision. You will have excellent organisational skills, be IT literate and have strong attention to detail. You should be able to deal with all levels of staff and visitors with diplomacy and tact, and will possess good time management skills, the ability to use your initiative and be willing to work flexibly.

Previous HR experience is essential. Knowledge of University HR policies and processes would be desirable, but not essential as full training will be given.
