The service is currently home to 4 16+ care leavers. The shifts are lone working due to it being a very stable environment however you will have 30 hours shadowing with a senior before you start!
The role of the support worker will be to promote education, help with employment, help with meal planning and preparation, cleaning up and providing emotional support.
The shift times are 10am-10pm sleep 7am-10.00am
The role is temp to perm, you will be temporary through ourselves for 12 weeks then go onto a permanent contract with the service on the 13th week.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong personality, someone with character and fantastic interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate doesn’t need experience however some support work experience would be preferable.
