Robert Half Talent Solutions is partnering with a well-known Leicestershire business in their search for a new Management Accountant to join its team. The business is experiencing incredible growth and is a modern & forward-thinking company.

The role is based at the firm’s head office which is commutable distance from all areas of Leicester / Leicestershire, Nottingham, Derby, Northamptonshire and Coventry / Warwickshire.

The business has a very modern approach, and this role has a lot of flexibility – it can be based in the office 1 day per week and the remainder from home (The client would also accommodate more days in the office if that is preferred by the successful candidate).

Reporting directly to a brilliant Finance Manager, The Management Accountant role will be responsible for the production of the monthly accounts for one area of the business with a significant focus on sales and margin. The role would be best suited to candidate who is looking for a role which has a combination of accounting, analysis, business partnering and project work.

There is significant commercial exposure to the business as you will be working with none finance based managers / leaders in both a reactive and proactive manor.

The role does also include some elements of working on both long and short-term projects, you will be working with none finance managers in a commercial capacity looking at budgets, forecasts, and the financial viability of the projects.

This role would be best suited to a candidate who is currently in a Management Accounting type role and looking for a role that is business facing and that will have the opportunity to add value.

To be considered for the role you will need to be qualified or in the later stages of qualifying for either the ACCA, CIMA or ACA. You will really enjoy working with none finance staff and be confident is challenging and improving processes.

The role has a salary range of between £45,000 and £50,000 plus a generous benefits package including a bonus.
