We are currently recruiting for a HR Coordinator to work near Canary Wharf. Hybrid model, hours 9-5pm Monday – Friday. Start around 8th August 22 the position will be ongoing. £20ph. This role will best suit a candidate who has proven experience of working within an HR team, and is looking to further pursue their career in HR.

Responsibilities which includes but is not limited to:

  • Manage Workday to enabled processes

  • Escalation point for HR Business Partners and process queries

  • Provide guidance to and project teams on UK policies and processes where needed

  • Draft local terms and condition letters

  • Respond to employee reference requests

  • Complete calculations for redundancy payments and part time salary calculations

  • Track and confirm probationary periods

  • Administration of UK payroll transfers

  • Answers employee time balance queries and completes appropriate investigations and corrections in Workday

  • Calculates and updates leave quotas in Workday for part time employees and employees returning from maternity leave

  • Updates work schedules in Workday

  • Monthly payroll upload and validation support

  • Investigates general payroll matters which are a result of operational issues. Escalates technical or configuration issues to payroll team

    • Candidate Requirements

  • A Bachelor degree, or equivalent

  • Experience of advising on UK HR policies and practices

  • Demonstrated experience of supporting and executing HR processes

  • Experience of using HR systems, with Workday experience being beneficial

  • Excellent communication skills
